Assign Anubis for Handiwork (Level 4 crafting speed) and Reptyro for Kindling (smelting ores into metal ingots). To secure a constant supply of coal, construct a secondary base near the ore nodes on the red mountain plateaus and assign mining Pals like Digtoise.
